UPDATED Jan. 2017: Draft Legislation Regarding Charitable Organizations and Charitable Trusts

The Office of the Attorney General’s Office has made a number of changes to the proposed legislation, the Idaho Charitable Asset Protection and Solicitation Act, related to charitable organizations and charitable trusts that they hope legislature will support during its upcoming session.

The Attorney General’s Office is seeking written comment from the Idaho Nonprofit Center, its members, and leaders across the nonprofit sector. Please click the links below to review. It is important that we hear from you.
