Signals and Change

Encouragement from Janice Fulkerson, Executive Director

We just wrapped up the Annual Conference for 2015 – and wow, was it amazing! The evaluations are overwhelmingly positive – thanks for the feedback! It is nice to hear the team here is doing a great job for you. The speakers, exhibitors, participants and volunteers have all returned home inspired, motivated, and ready to implement the tangible new ideas learned at the conference. We will be sharing information and ideas from the conference in future training sessions.

Art Taylor, President/CEO of the BBB Wise Giving Alliance spoke about signals that indicate change; about collaboration and the bigger outcomes that can be realized when we work together, and the importance of trustworthy charities. Art’s keynote was compelling, inspiring and he left us with a challenge  a challenge to look forward and to blaze the trail. He challenged us to considering the difficult things that we have yet to do, as the great things that we are about to do. We can’t go back, we can only go forward.  Let’s do it together.
